CLINIQUE HIGH IMPACT LASH ELEVATING MASCARA - 01 BLACK

Begin applying beginning at the roots of the lashes, and work from there to the tip using a brush. Repeat until the desired look is attained.

* For lower lashes, apply the brush horizontally.
Don't put the brush in the tube more than once since this can dry out the mascara.
To prevent clumping: allow the mascara to dry in between layers.
