What is the best way to pay for my order?

What is the best way to place an order?

You can easily place an order with our company. Log in to create an account and start browsing our selection.

After you have found the product that you like, click "Add to Basket". You have two options: you can continue shopping, or you can click "View Basket" to see all the products you have. This will allow you to choose to checkout.

We sometimes ship items separately so that delayed items don't affect the rest of your order.

Therefore, it is possible that the missing item could be in a separate shipment.

What happens if I'm not home to receive my delivery?

Generally we coordinate our delivery times and delivery attempts with our delivery partners for the customers. Our delivery partner will try 3 times while also updating you by tracking information the estimated timing for order delivery. They will call you to arrange a time for the best receiving time for you. 

 

What is the best way to return an item?

 We don't want to make it difficult for you. You can contact our Customer Service team via 'skybecommerce@gmail.com' and they will take care of the rest.

When will I receive my refund?

If your item is eligible for a refund the process will be undertaken within 1 working week, your refund should be returned to you. We'll email you to inform you that it is on its way. 

 If your refund has not been received within 14 working days of receiving our email, you will need to contact Customer Service.

Delivery Information

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

We are currently offering these types of delivery methods:

  • Next Day Delivery: You will receive your order on the next day on these day Monday - Saturday before 9:30 PM EVERY DAY EXCEPT FOR SUNDAY. For example: You Place your order on Saturday 
  • An order placed on Sunday is a non-working day so your order will be processed on Monday and received by you on Tuesday.
  • The service fee for delivery is set for 15 AED for all types of our current delivery services. 

If your order is over 150 AED your delivery will be free, this applies on both Cash on Delivery and Credit card/Debit card transaction on the website. 

How do I process a return or refund?
